ROLE OBJECTIVE

 The Salon Experience Assistant is a supportive position focusing on the overall mission and success of the RUUT experience.  With a detail oriented focus on operational tasks, the Experience Assistant supports the RUUT Team to better deliver an elite service experience for all guests. Through proactive task management and service support, the Salon Experience Assistant aids in the overall success and ease of delivering the RUUT experience.

OUTLINE OF ROLE

• Salon Experience Host

  • ​greets and hosts guests

  • provides individualized approach with intent to exceed guest expectations

  • maintains comfort level of all present guests

  • serves complimentary beverages 

  • promotes overall guest wellness during every experience

  • conducts all tasks to ensure customer success

• ​ Experience Facilitator

  • assists all team members in creating overall experience to exceed guest expectations

  • continually maintains organization and cleanliness of all salon areas for optimal guest experience 

  • continually maintains organization, cleaning and restocking cycles of laundry and service tools

  • provides shampoo experience when needed

  • proactively prioritizes all tasks to ensure fluid operation

• ​Retail Assistant

  • knowledgeable of all salon retail products

  • provides education to guests of salon retail 

  • makes appropriate product connections

  • maintains organization of retail area for optimal experience 

• Social Media Assistance​

  • provides support and assistance to salon and stylists with photo/video documentation 

  • maintains and grows knowledge of optimal photo/video success pertinent to salon social media marketing

• Opening/Closing Tasks

  • performs and facilitates all opening & closing tasks ​per shift schedule

• Service Industry Experience (preferred)

• Windows & iOS Systems Experience
