 This New York Fashion Week Season began with sultry beauty, as RUUT Master Stylist & Runway Stylist, Jamie Lee Hollis, arrived in New York and joined Jorge Luis's Hair Team for the exquisite Spring/Summer 2017 lingerie collection from GOD SAVES QUEENS. This collection and presentation was intimate, all the way around. Having only four models to showcase the entire collection, Jorge called for a more intimate and small team of strong hairdressers to bring the look to life. Jorge was inspired by the raw beauty of the GSQ collection. He created the hairstyle to be swept back off of the face and look wet, without appearing soaked. The team was directed by Jorge to use a backcombing technique for the top and crown area, to give the style the appearance of natural volume. Using L'ANZA Healing Hair Care, the team was then directed to work the products throughout the hair to give the overall hairstyle high sheen, sleekness and natural separation, as if the hair was still softly saturated from the shower.
